Cincinnati Moves on to World Series
The League Championship Series didn't live up to the billing from those who thought it would be an all-out battle to the last game.

But the Cincinnati Packers are no doubt pleased by the results, as they have knocked out the Cleveland Bobcats 4-2 to advance to the World Series.

"It doesn't matter how you win it, as long as you win it and get yourself moving forward," said Packers left fielder Witness York. "I know a lot of people thought this was going to be a really tight series the whole way through, but we're glad it didn't go right down to the wire."

Cincinnati won the final game by a score of 10-5 at Lakefront Stadium.

York was named series MVP after hitting .450 with a .607 on-base percentage. He also had 1 home runs, drove in 4 RBI and scored 6 runs.

The Cincinnati Packers will play against the Los Angeles Pobladores in the next round. Los Angeles won their series against the Baltimore Lords 4 games to 1. The World Series schedule will be announced after the League Championship Series finishes.
