Hillyer Bryan Out 3 Weeks Tuesday, March 19th , 1963 Earlier today, Pittsburgh left fielder Hillyer Bryan had to leave the game against Brooklyn because of an injury. Team officials are reporting that he has a bruised wrist and will miss 3 weeks of play. Bryan was hurt colliding with a player at a base and was unable to continue playing. He will be evaluated this afternoon by team physicians. |
