Dalton Tosses 10-0 Shutout Thursday, April 18th, 1957
It was a dismal game for the Kansas City Bulls with Don Dalton on the hill. The St. Louis Explorers starter was in top form and made it a long day for Kansas City with a 10-0 shutout. He surrendered a total of 2 hits and piled up 8 strikeouts to pick up the win in a rout.
"No offense to the Bulls but that was a cakewalk today," Dalton said to BNN reporters following the win.
