John Darnell to Miss 6 Weeks

John Darnell of the Dallas Wranglers was injured in today's game against Milwaukee and had to be helped off the field by the trainers. The initial diagnosis is a fractured finger, and he is expected to be out for up to 6 weeks. It happened while Darnell was running the bases. "It hurt a lot, to be honest. I just hope it heals soon and I can get back on the field."

This season Darnell is swinging the bat at a .275 pace. He has hit no home runs and scored 8 times, while driving in 4. His on-base percentage is .333 and he has played in 18 games.
