Terriers, Industrials Confirm Swap Monday, April 24th , 1967 Proving the old adage that one man's trash is another man's treasure, the Terriers announced today the acquisition of 31-year old LHP Bob Moser from the Pittsburgh Industrials in exchange for a 4th round draft pick. "This isn't the deal of the century," acknowledged the Terriers, "but we think it will improve the direction of both teams." Moser has posted a career 46-and-39 record with 8 saves and a 4.38 ERA. |
