Ruckus Reaps 6-Game Suspensions Sunday, June 2nd , 1963 Both Los Angeles and New York held press conferences today and announced that several players involved in yesterday's free-for-all at San Vicente Park have been suspended for 6 games by the league office. The clubs told BNN that the Pobladores Glenn Hibbler and the Empires Pete Ragsdale will begin serving the suspensions today. On the year Hibbler has hit .258 with 8 home runs, 19 RBIs and scored 26 runs. Currently Ragsdale has a record of 1-1 with 20 strikeouts and 19 walks in 29 innings and a 4.66 ERA. |
