Millsaps Selected Top Player Monday, May 28th , 1962 Idaho Falls Russets fans are celebrating Harry Millsaps's selection as Big Sky Baseball League Player of the Week. Millsaps put up some serious numbers over the past seven days as he cracked 15 hits in 26 at-bats. The 19-year-old first baseman hit .577, drove in 14 runs, scored 10 times and hit 6 home runs. Thus far in 1962 Millsaps is hitting .307 with 14 home runs, 33 RBIs, 37 runs scored and has compiled a .389 OBP. |
