Already down in the Divisional Round, the New York Knickerbockers put on their best show, beating the Pittsburgh Industrials by a final score of 9-6. Don Keough was special. He slugged 2 home runs. He scored 3 runs and drove in 3. New York now trails Pittsburgh 2-1 in the best-of-7 affair.

Rick Hotz helped out the New York cause in the bottom of the second inning with a run-scoring single. For the game, the catcher went 3 for 4 with 3 singles, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once.

"We got the victory," said Hotz. "That's all that matters at the end of the day."

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at Knickerbocker Stadium in New York.
