ABL's #1 Player, Plumley of Detroit

Jerry Plumley is respected by most Detroit Wolverines fans for his no-frills style of play. The 29-year-old right fielder went about his business with vigor last week to grab the American Baseball League Player of the Week honors.
He compiled a .565 average (13-for-23) with 2 home runs, 4 RBIs and 8 runs scored.
