Northmen Suffer 4-1 Road Loss
The home crowd had a good time watching the Twin Cities Northmen and Los Angeles Pobladores get after it.

The Los Angeles Pobladores picked up a win at San Vicente Park, topping the Twin Cities Northmen, 4-1. On the mound for Los Angeles was right-hander Jim Arndt. He played a principal role in the triumph. With the win over Twin Cities, the Pobladores improved to 34-37.

Manuel Castillo hit a 2-run home run off Ben Hall in the bottom of the sixth, which put the Pobladores ahead, 3-1. In addition to the homer, Castillo had 1 double, while going 2 for 4.

Castillo called the win a testament to his team's "tenacity."
