Ragsdale Dominates Chicago
|
Pete Ragsdale was in command in his outing against the Chicago Hawks. He hurled the San Francisco Seagulls to a 1-0 shutout victory, yielded 2 hits and chalked up 1 strikeout and 1 walk.
"A complete-game shutout is fun territory for me," he told reporters in the postgame interview. "I had good balance and mechanics and was able to keep the ball down. When I do that, good things happen."
This year, Ragsdale has fanned 53 in 105.2 innings and collected a 8-4 record with a 3.07 ERA.
