Lou Ward had a big 2-run double for the Drillers in the bottom of the second inning. It was his 12th double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Drillers ahead, 4-1.

"We came out aggressive," said Drillers manager Steven Palps. "We came out swinging the bats."
