The Dallas Wranglers beat the Seattle Emeralds, 15-5, at Bluff Park. Dallas right fielder Roger McCoy, who is tied for 8th in the ABL in doubles with 17, collected 2 singles and 1 double with 3 RBI. Steve Coomes, who is a three-time All-Star, was the winner. He's now 9-6. The loser was Paul Geary. With the win, Dallas has a record of 38-40. Seattle falls to 37-41.

Dallas grabbed the momentum in the bottom of the fifth, when McCoy hit a 2-run double off Paul Geary. His 17th double of the season put the Wranglers out in front, 3-1.
