Pobladores fans were sent into a frenzy with a walk-off win.

The Los Angeles Pobladores went home winners at San Vicente Park, thanks in large part to starter Jim Arndt. Arndt stifled the Twin Cities Northmen, enabling Los Angeles to grab the 1-0 win. Twin Cities, at 39-45, has lost 4 straight.

The Pobladores got a clutch hit from right fielder Mario Abreu. In the bottom of the ninth, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the Pobladores.

"Jim did what Jim does," said Los Angeles manager Alex Wobbema.
