|
Dick Knight pitched a gem to lead Houston to victory over the San Francisco Seagulls, 5-0. The victory gives Houston a record of 46-43.
Knight earned the win to move to 6-5. In his 8-inning performance, he scattered 3 hits, striking out 5 and walking 4. The right-hander allowed the Seagulls few scoring opportunities.
"I had everything working," said Knight.
