Houston Gets 8-1 Win Against Northmen
The Houston Drillers went home winners at Twin Cities Stadium, thanks in large part to starter Randy Robins. Robins stifled the Twin Cities Northmen, enabling Houston to grab the 8-1 win. Houston now has a record of 47-43 with the win.

Who knows how it might've ended, had it not been for Jackie Frost? The Houston right fielder had a 2-run single in the top of the fourth inning to put the Drillers on top, 3-0. For the game, Frost had 1 double and 2 singles in 6 at-bats.

"Randy has got a slow heartbeat," said Houston manager Steven Palps. "He doesn't panic or anything."
