The New York Knickerbockers defeated the Brooklyn Bluebirds, 14-2. Third Baseman Bob White deserved a large share of the credit. White was 3-6 with 2 home runs and a double. He scored 3 times and drove in 3 for the Knickerbockers. The Knickerbockers improved their record to 48-53 by beating Brooklyn.

Javier Guerra, who is tied for 10th in the NBL in triples with 6, chipped in a 2-run home run for New York in the bottom of the second. For the game, the left fielder had 3 hits in 5 at-bats with 1 home run, 2 singles, 1 run scored, and 3 runs batted in.
