The Pittsburgh Industrials picked up a win at Lakefront Stadium, topping the Cleveland Bobcats, 3-1. On the mound for Pittsburgh was right-hander Jeff Munoz. He played a principal role in the triumph. The victory gives Pittsburgh a record of 66-36.

Munoz, a native of San Diego, California, was dealing all game. He kept Cleveland hitters off-balance, while giving the Industrials 9 quality innings. Munoz threw 117 pitches, allowing 3 hits and striking out 6.

"It's nice to come out on top today," said Munoz.
