The Los Angeles Pobladores clipped the Twin Cities Northmen, 6-3, in 10 innings at San Vicente Park. The standout performance belonged to Los Angeles pitcher and Houston, Texas, native Carlos Novoa. Los Angeles reliever Leon Fairley was the winner. His record is now 3-5. Paul Whitaker took the loss. The winning streak has now reached 5 games for Los Angeles.

Los Angeles got a clutch hit from Buddy Bursley. The pinch hitter launched a 3-run home run in the bottom of the tenth inning to win the game. It was his only hit in 1 at-bat, but it was a kill shot.
