Madsen Hits 2 home runs in Terriers Win
|
Jeff Madsen was a major contributor to the 3-1 Boston win over Toronto. The Terriers center fielder went 3-3 with 2 home runs and a walk. The third-place Terriers have won 5 in a row.
Harold Batkin, the slugging second baseman , had a direct impact on the outcome. Batkin contributed a solo home run in the top of the sixth inning to put Boston up, 3-1.
