Eagles Lose to Dairymen, 4-1
Milwaukee and Washington duked it out and the Dairymen came out victorious.

Tom Rockliffe was locked and loaded, helping the Milwaukee Dairymen beat the Washington Eagles, 4-1. The Eagles fall to 4-9 and continue their unimpressive start to the 1977 season.

Milwaukee shortstop Cliff Bragg helped the Dairymen go up, 1-0, in the bottom of the sixth inning. With the game tied, Bragg hit a run-scoring single off Washington pitcher Ricky Grill.

"We're stringing together some nice wins," said Milwaukee manager Brandon Dudley.
