Right-hander Danny Abril mesmerized the Cincinnati Packers while leading the New York Knickerbockers to a 2-0 victory. New York has now won 5 in a row.

New York used a clutch at-bat from Francisco Chavez to capture the win. The first baseman hammered a 2-run home run in the top of the fifth inning to put the Knickerbockers ahead, 2-0. It was his lone hit in 2 at-bats, but it was a humdinger.
