Buddy Shingleton was instrumental in his team's 9-6 triumph over the Baltimore Lords. The shortstop went 3-4 with a home run, a double, and a walk, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once for the Twin Cities Northmen. After today's action, Twin Cities sits at 57-74, while Baltimore falls to 66-65.

With Twin Cities leading 1-0 in the top of the first, Shingleton hit a fastball from Kenny Wilson for a 3-run home run. It was his 9th home run of the season and put the Northmen ahead, 4-0.
