The Seattle Emeralds defeated the Chicago Hawks, 7-5, in American Baseball League action at Hyde Park Stadium. Dave Robertson pulled his weight. The 9-year veteran went 3 for 3 with 3 singles and 2 walks, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. Ron Woods claimed the win after being brought in from the bullpen.
