Atlanta picked up a win at Atlantic Station Field, bumping off the Chicago Hawks, 4-2. Pitcher Scott Dubyak was a major reason the Generals emerged victorious. Frank Noorani closed it out for Atlanta, earning his 25th save. The third-place Generals have won 4 straight games.

Atlanta took control in the bottom of the sixth. With one out and runners on 2nd and 3rd, Chris Berman hit a run-scoring single to make it 3-2, Generals.

"We're playing like we're capable of," said Atlanta manager Philipe Yazzie.
