The Dallas Wranglers picked up a win at Atlantic Avenue Grounds, knocking off the Boston Terriers, 5-4. On the mound for Dallas was left-hander Al Huicochea, who played a pivotal role in the win. Warren Washington converted his 19th save in 24 tries. Dallas now has a record of 92-45 with the win.

Dallas used a well-timed hit by Terry McClellan to capture the win. The catcher socked a run-scoring double in the top of the fifth inning to put the Wranglers ahead, 1-0. Though it was his only hit in 4 at-bats, it was important.

"If I go out there and help the team win, that's all you can do," said Huicochea.
