The Kansas City Bulls defeated the Milwaukee Dairymen, 8-0, at Milwaukee Municipal Stadium. Kansas City first baseman Chris Taylor had a superb performance. He went 2 for 5 with a home run. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. The third-place Bulls now have a win-loss record of 79-63.

Early in the game, Taylor had a 2-run home run for Kansas City. It was his 39th home run of the season and put the Bulls on top, 2-0.

"Every time you put a 'W' on the board is always good," said Taylor.
