Dan Crumm had an impressive outing at Seton Hill Stadium, hurling the Toronto Hurons to a 2-0 shutout victory over the Baltimore Lords.
"He threw strikes and he was always around the plate," Baltimore skipper Steve Read said. "The ball was doing everything he wanted it to do. We hit some balls hard, but they were all right at the fielders."
On the day, the left-handed Crumm yielded 4 hits and tallied 7 strikeouts with 2 walks.
Checking out his stats for the season, Crumm has racked up 11 wins and 10 losses in 33 starts, posted a 2.28 ERA, and struck out 181 batters in 236.1 innings.
