Cleveland Bobcats starter Myron Baird kept the Los Angeles Blockbusters hitters in check, leading his team to a comfortable 6-2 win. In 8.1 innings, Baird surrendered 5 hits, while striking out 3 and walking 2. He allowed 2 runs. Joe Clabaugh converted his 24th save in 41 tries.
