Win Makes San Francisco 93-66
|
San Francisco Seagulls starter Reggie Wright pitched a strong game against the Seattle Emeralds at Puget Field, leading the Seagulls to victory, 4-3. San Francisco has now won 7 straight.
San Francisco used the clutch hitting of Scott Wagner to capture the win. The third baseman drilled a 2-run double in the top of the seventh inning to give the Seagulls the lead, 3-2. For the game, Wagner had 1 single and 1 double in 3 at-bats.
"I like the grit of this ballclub," Wagner said.
