Twin Cities pitcher Frank D'Amico had a large part in his team beating the Seattle Emeralds, 4-3. The right-hander kept opposing batters in check throughout the game. The winner in relief was Rick Lindstrom. He is now 2-1. The right-hander allowed no runs on 1 hit in 2 innings. The win gives Twin Cities a record of 10-8.

Chris Berman was the walk-off hero for Twin Cities. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Northmen third baseman hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.
