Packers Come Up Short at Cleveland, 6-5
In the 6-5 Cleveland win over Cincinnati, the impact of Phil Chirico was substantial. Chirico, who is tied for 3rd in the NBL in doubles with 7, went 2 for 4 with 2 doubles. He scored 2 runs and drove in 3. Bill Smith finished to wrap up his 2nd save. The win takes Cleveland to 12-7.

Cleveland took a 6-5 lead on Ruben Galvan's 8th double of the season. The run-scoring double, which Galvan hit in the bottom of the seventh, left Cincinnati pitcher Kenny Foster visibly frustrated.

"When I'm in the lineup, I always feel like we're going to win the game," said Galvan.
