Atlanta Generals starter George Palmer pitched a strong game against the Detroit Wolverines at Atlantic Station Field, leading the Generals to victory, 4-3. In 7 innings, Palmer surrendered 8 hits, while striking out 5 and walking 0. He allowed 3 runs. Renie White collected save number 1.
