The Cleveland Bobcats and the Pittsburgh Industrials will take the League Championship Series to a decisive 7th game. In a must-win situation, the Bobcats beat the Industrials, 4-1, at Allegheny Field to force the series into what will essentially be a one-game playoff. Cleveland right-hander Myron Baird had a big role in the win. He threw 6.2 innings allowing 1 run.
Benito Olivas had a direct impact on the outcome. Olivas contributed a 2-run single in the top of the eighth inning to put Cleveland up, 4-1.
