Farooqi Deals Twin Cities 8-1 Setback
Syed Farooqi, who is tied for 4th in the ABL in wins with 5, was brilliant in helping Houston beat the Twin Cities Northmen, 8-1. The win puts Houston at 21-17 this season.

Farooqi, a native of New York, was dealing all game. He kept Twin Cities hitters off-balance, while giving the Drillers 8 quality innings. Farooqi threw 107 pitches, allowing 2 hits and striking out 6.

"We'll put this win in our pocket and go after the next one," said Farooqi.
