Craft Hits 2 home runs in Pobladores Win
The Los Angeles Pobladores bested the Houston Drillers, 5-1, at San Vicente Park. Hamilton Craft was one of the standouts. He was 2-3 with 2 home runs and a walk. He drove in 4 runs and scored twice. The win puts Los Angeles at 20-36.

Craft contributed a big hit, a 2-run home run, for Los Angeles in the bottom of the first. With his team trailing 1-0, Craft took a fastball from Jerry White and stroked the home run to left. His 16th home run of the season allowed the Pobladores to leap in front, 2-1.

Craft told a local reporter: "My job is to go out and play as hard as I can."
