Wranglers Earn 6-3 Win Against Drillers
The Dallas Wranglers took Bill Switzer's best shot and still were able to collect a win at Sam Houston Field. The final score had Dallas getting past the Drillers, 6-3, in 14 innings. Switzer over 6 innings allowed 1 run on 5 hits, while striking out 1. The Wranglers now have a mark of 32-33.

Dallas used the timely hitting of John Hammit to seize the win. The third baseman stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the 14th inning to put the Wranglers on top, 4-3. It was his only hit in 6 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"Our team showed some resilience," said Hammit.
