Gannon Deals St. Louis 3-1 Setback
In a low-scoring contest between the Milwaukee Dairymen and the St. Louis Explorers, 27-year old right-handed pitcher John Gannon proved to be the difference. The Milwaukee right-hander earned props for his performance in the 3-1 Dairymen win. The Dairymen go to 24-42 with the win.

Gannon gave Milwaukee a solid start. The right-hander allowed 1 run on 2 hits over 7.2 innings.

"I just trusted my stuff," said Gannon.
