Dairymen Earn Win with Late Rally
The Chicago Traders could not turn a fine performance from pitcher Larry Cox into a win. Instead, the Milwaukee Dairymen prevailed, 4-3, in 10 innings. Cox threw 9.0 innings allowing 3 runs. John Williams sewed up the save, his 1st. The loss puts Chicago at 5-3.

Armando Lima came through with a big-time hit for Milwaukee. The pinch hitter smacked a solo home run in the top of the tenth inning to give his team the lead, 4-3. It was his only hit, but it was clutch.

In postgame remarks, Lima said: "I'm proud of our guys, of their fight."
