Tony Murgas Suffers Injury Tuesday, March 19th, 1957 A blow for Tony Murgas today -- team doctors confirmed he will miss 4-5 months with a torn meniscus. Murgas suffered the injury running the bases. Although officials from the Toronto Hurons are confident he'll make a full recovery, doubts will persist about Murgas's ability to return fully fit with an injury of this nature. |
