Seagulls Send Martin to Los Angeles
Monday, March 24th , 1975
The Baseball News Network is reporting that San Francisco and Los Angeles have agreed in principle to a swap that will send 30-year old C Darrell Martin, a 3rd round draft pick, a 4th round draft pick, and a 5th round draft pick to the Pobladores with a 1st round draft pick and a 2nd round draft pick joining the Seagulls. San Francisco general manager Al Borie would not confirm the trade, but a team representative close to the negotiations said the deal is official and is now only awaiting approval from the league.

Lifetime Martin is batting .260 and has totaled 100 home runs.
