New York's David Juarez Injured Monday, March 21st , 1977 Playoff hopes of Knickerbockers player David Juarez have been dealt a blow today after tests revealed the reliever suffered a ruptured elbow ligament throwing a pitch in today's game against Philadelphia Quakers. Juarez is expected to miss up to 13-14 months, effectively ruling him out of the playoffs. |
