Emeralds Link Suffers Setback Friday, April 11th , 1975 Al Link was taking it slow and easy nursing a sprained wrist back to good health, when he suffered a setback. According to a Seattle team official, "Al was making excellent progress and it appeared he would return to the squad ahead of schedule. But then he reinjured it in a light workout." Club doctors now say the 27-year-old Emeralds catcher will be out at least another 1-2 weeks. |
