Pittsburgh Industrials center fielder Jerry Hunter had a magnificent game against the Milwaukee Dairymen today, rocketing three balls out of Allegheny Field to help the Industrials take the 12-6 victory.

"I got some good pitches to hit and I creamed them," he said after the game. "The first was a big, fat fastball and the last two were hanging curves. All three were mistakes."

For the game, Hunter went 3-for-5 with 7 RBIs and 3 runs scored.

"There's a fine line between hitting home runs and line drives," Pittsburgh manager Vincent Wicker said later. "Seems like Jerry found his home run stroke today."

Jerry Hunter hit a solo-shot off Dick Scorza in the 1st, flied out in the 3rd, hit a three-run home run off Dick Scorza in the 5th, hit a three-run home run off Dean Pepper in the 6th and grounded out in the 8th.

This season Hunter has hit 6 home runs and posted a .257 batting average.
