Explorers Jablonowski Gone for Year Thursday, March 26th , 1964 When Paul Jablonowski was hurt against the Washington Rough Riders, the St. Louis Explorers were hopeful that the injury was not serious. However, it proved to be more severe than first thought. The 27-year-old center fielder suffered torn cartilage in his shoulder throwing the ball in yesterday's game. Team doctors told BNN today that Jablonowski would miss 7-8 months of the season. |
