Stanford Wins Best ABL Pitcher Sunday, June 1st , 1975 The American Baseball League announced the winner of the Pitcher of the Month Award for May. It went to Larry Stanford of New York for his outstanding 4-0 record and 0.88 ERA. Stanford also chalked up 5 starts, 41 innings and 28 strikeouts. So far this season, Stanford has a 7-1 record with a 2.14 ERA. |
