Knickerbockers Send King to Los Angeles Tuesday, April 14th , 1964 Earlier today, officials from the New York Knickerbockers and the Los Angeles Pobladores announced that they had finalized negotiations on a trade between the two teams. The deal will send 34-year old LF Ralph King to Los Angeles in exchange for a 1st round draft pick and a 2nd round draft pick. During his career King has notched 2128 hits and a .321 average with 313 home runs and 1189 RBIs. |
