Wranglers Hurler Named ABL's Best Starter Monday, July 1st , 1974 Barry Gilmore of Dallas had an outstanding June with a 5-0 mark and was chosen the Pitcher of the Month in the American Baseball League. He topped off the month with a 1.70 ERA in 5 starts, tossed 42.1 innings, fanned 44 and held opposing teams to a .163 average. This season, Gilmore has a 12-0 record with a 1.59 ERA in 16 starts. |
