Terriers Milton Lost for Year

The season is ending on a bad note for Jeff Milton, right fielder for the Boston Terriers. It was announced today that he will miss the rest of the season because of injury. Milton was hurt against the Toronto Hurons while being hit by a pitch. He suffered a broken kneecap and will be out for at least 5 months.
This season, Milton is swinging the bat at a .240 pace. He has hit 9 home runs and scored 28 times, while driving in 33. His on-base percentage is .292 and he has played in 74 games.
