San Francisco, St. Louis Confirm Trade Monday, February 23rd , 1976 In a move that has left many fans wondering, the San Francisco Seagulls have traded 34-year old RHP Ramon Juarez and 30-year old RHP Dave Maughan to the St. Louis Explorers. In return, the Seagulls receive a 3rd round draft pick. San Francisco will retain a portion of Juarez's remaining contract. San Francisco will retain a portion of Maughan's remaining contract.
